Level One: Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath, a port-a-crib and a private deck. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and a Deck. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed and a Deck. (bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bath).

Level Two: Living Area has a Gas-log Fireplace. Extensive Open Dining Area. Kitchen/bar has a microwave and dishwasher. Half Bath.

• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
