This townhouse enjoys a prime location in Atlantic Beach, one block south of Fort Macon Road and its many stores, eateries, and amenities. Easily walk to the grocery store and boating and fishing charters, or hop on a bicycle for a fast ride to Fort Macon State Park (two miles east).

Find the ideal spot to begin and end each day in the home's handsome outdoor spaces. In the mornings, sip your first cup of coffee on the cavernous deck off the primary bedroom. Each afternoon, gather on the shaded patio for cold drinks, family card games, and a sunset dinner prepared on the gas grille.

The interior living space is bright, polished, and centrally air-conditioned, providing a cool and comfortable respite after a day spent at the beach. June, July, and August are high season in the Morehead City area. To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
