Welcome to Dock of the Bay! Savor being soundfront on the canal with elegant vistas and a private dock while being less than 1000 feet from the beach!

The Ground Level includes an outdoor patio area, lawn, and private canal dock with use of boat slip - highlights of the home's features! Inside the main entry leads up to the Middle Level. The Middle Level offers a great room with an inviting living area with comfortable furnishings, a dining area ideal for your meals, and a modern entirely equipped kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Also on this level are Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, and the first shared Full Bath. The Top Level gives way to Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, Bedroom #3 with a King bed, TV, and balcony access, and the second Full Bath.

Linens and towels included with beds made for weekly stays.
