Emerald Seas East is a 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath 1/2 duplex. Bed sizes include: 2 Kings, 2 Twins. Linens are supplied with beds made. Beach access is conveniently located across the street. Central air & heat, Outside shower, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer & dryer, Wireless internet, 3 TVs (streaming with Hulu), Ceiling fans, Furnished open & covered decks. Saturday to Saturday. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Morehead City restaurants and activities.   • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition.

If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
