Barefoot Beach Club is a triplex property, located between the sound and the ocean. With this listing, you'll have the entire top floor. Full kitchen, two full bathrooms, two master king bedrooms, additional room with dual twin trundle and queen murphy bed, additional queen murphy bed in massive living room, dining room, multiple desks for work needs, laundry in unit, beach outdoor shower. Home away from home!

Parking:
If there is no reservation in the other units, please feel complimentary to use the entire driveway. It will fit six cars. However if there is another reservation, please be sure to park your car(s) on the left of the driveway, leaving the right side for the other unit. The driveway fits a total of six cars, so if you were to have more than three, you can park in the street as well.

Note: As with any coastal home, you may encounter occasional bugs due to the wet and humid climate. We maintain a regular pest control schedule and ensure professional cleaning between stays. Seeing a bug will not result in a refund.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• In the Morehead City area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
• Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
