Emerald Isle condo. One of the best vistas on the entire island because it's on the 5th floor. Two bedroom with really spectacular view of Beach and Ocean. Gated property. Close to grocery stores, eateries, water park, mini-golf, go-carts. Full kitchen with everything you'll need (hopefully). Washer and dryer in unit. Vistas from master bedroom, kitchen, main living area, deck, and dining area. Pool. Tennis courts/ pickle ball courts, basketball hoop. Two beach access walks on property. Elevators. Basic cable, wireless internet, intelligent TV in each bedroom and living room. The ideal vacation hideaway location. Luggage cart inside unit. Keyless entry. No-contact check-in/out.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is on the beach. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Sticking to your budget:

  • Booking your Morehead City vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect your property!
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
