If you’re ready to discover fishing in Emerald Isle, book a trip with Ali Kat Sportfishing. With Captain Jason at the helm, you’ll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Species like Speckled Trout, Redfish, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Little Tunny (False Albacore), Weakfish, Shark, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Cobia, and more inhabit these waters if conditions are right. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
Your boat for the day is a brand new 2024 23’ AquaSport center console that holds up to 4 passengers plus the Captain. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
A few items to bring include sunscreen, sunglasses, and bottled water, and weather-appropriate clothing items. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now, come aboard with Ali Kat Sportfishing and get hooked!
